No refunds.

Exchanges are allowed, but only if the product is defective as to materials and workmanship. No exchanges are allowed for reason of media content. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of sale, by emailing us or calling our toll-free number.

Damages occurring during shipping are the responsibility of the shipper. Please contact them with any shipping problems you may have.

Orders are shipped no later than 10 days after the order is placed. You will be notified if we cannot ship because the product is not currently available. You will also be notified of when that product WILL BE available.
