Comfort

DISHES AND SHOWERS:    Solar shower setups are readily available and considered a MUST with the Stone Canyon Crew! Always shower and wash dishes at least 200 feet from any water source to avoid polluting it.

EATING: It’s important to eat well in the desert to keep your energy and endurance up. Most Americans know what “Eating Well” means, so we won’t bore you with it.

SLEEPING: Comfort is the word here. If you’re sleeping in a tent or under the stars, we recommend using a cot, pad or air mattress. Make sure your sleeping bag is warm enough for any cold temps you might encounter, sometimes below freezing.

GEAR: See “STAGING”
